So long, farewell, adieu!

- No, I'm not leaving Y! Well, not yet. Meaning, not right now.
It seems as if the boats are sailing for many of m' Y! comrades. All those that are leaving are, what I consider, worker bees. That's a lot of intellectual property out the door; managers and senior level folks don't really how difficult building and maintaining n-tier web software can be.
On the flipside, every company has its problems. Politics, bureaucracy, you know it happens; the grass always seems greener til you get there. Then again, a new start, a fresh beginning can rejuvenate a beaten soul.
Where do I fit in? If my ears could open as wide as much as my eyes .... well, I have fairly big Asian eyes =) Ha ha. Oh, what's that I hear? ....Labels: bureaucracy, politics
