Two days ago, I bumped into an old colleague from Y! Answers. I told him about an Answers and Pipes hack that I'm wrecking together; currently it has dataset abnormalities because of unequal async requests, so it's not public. I told him how the web services framework needs a big-time revamp. Paraphrasing the rest of the conversation:

"Hey, I know they are looking to redo it, send me a list of what you'd like in the next version so I can send it to *name of senior person*."

My thoughts: "Why, so you can get credit for my ideas?"
My response: "Well, I've already met him and I could send it myself. Anyways, y'all have four product managers, why don't you ask them?"
