Yes, I'm leaving. No, I am not disgruntled about Yahoo!.

The company is filled w/ uber-smart talent and an incredible technical infrastructure; however, it is also one big-ass dysfunctional family (bureaucratic heaven), like most big-ass companies, and needs to re-tool and not just re-org itself. Sorry, can't stick around for that, I've better things to do =)

I need a break and work on stuff that I wanna work on, so that's the gist of it and all I can say.
