To those poor ppl who expect government handouts to heat their homes families: work harder and earn more dollars like any true patriotic American! Or, do like the birds and migrate south for the winter. You've got to understand that your two billion dollars must fuel the wars. Why aren't you supporting the troops?

Maybe this is the Bush administration's means of population control. Heh and God loves you too, Mr. Bush. I hope you spend your eternity in Hell as Saddam's prison bitch.
