I hacked together a do-hickey that displays bookmarks by tag(s). You can read the summary and the simple instructions here.

<nerd-talk>To note, if you don't pass a tag to query against, it'll return you your latest bookmarks. What's also cool is that you can pass in an array of tags and the API will return an intersecting collection of bookmarks.</nerd-talk>
